Get a Ride When You Need It:
Trusted Transportation in the Mountains

Not driving? Do snowy conditions and traffic have you concerned behind the wheel?

At Vintage, we have trusted transportation options to get you where you need to go when you need to go there. We live in a snowy area where roads can be hazardous and rides scarce. Let us help you connect with the right resources and have a safe journey. You may even be eligible for a transportation voucher!

Living in Colorado raises significant questions about driving in ever-changing conditions. Although there may be a bus system, it may not take you exactly where you need to go. If you are looking for a ride daily to assist your routine, get to your doctor’s appointment, or shoot over to your volunteer opportunity in your community, we are here to connect you with the right transportation service for you.

Transportation Financial Voucher

Vintage has funding available through a voucher for adults 60 and older for transportation needs. This program is very popular and runs a waitlist, meaning you will need to submit an assessment form and be put on a waiting list for services based on prioritization. Please contact Ceci Peterson for more information and an assessment form: cpeterson@nwccog.org / 970-531-4087.
