Medicare Open Enrollment: October 15 – December 7
It’s that time of year again! Medicare beneficiaries can:
✅ Review and compare their current coverage and see what’s new for 2026.
✅ Switch from Original Medicare to a Medicare Advantage plan, or vice versa.
✅ Change from one Medicare Advantage plan to another.
✅ Add, drop, or switch a Part D (prescription drug) plan.
Any changes you make you make during this time will take effect January 1, 2026.
This year, UnitedHealthcare Advantage plans are leaving many of our local communities, along with a few prescription drug plans.
If you’re affected, you’ll receive a letter explaining your plan changes for 2026.
Don’t want to wait for the notice? Call your plan directly to ask about changes for the upcoming year.
If your plan is ending, don’t worry. There are other options available.
