We serve older adults and caregivers in six counties in the alpine region of Colorado. We can best assist you if you are in Summit, Eagle, Grand, Jackson, Routt, and Pitkin counties.
The El Jebel Vitality Walk is a fun, community-driven way to support people living with Parkinson's in our region. Walk or roll with us at Crown Mountain Park on September 12! Sign up as an individual, join an existing team, or create your own to get friends, family, and coworkers involved.
Can't make it in person? You can still participate online through Virtual Vitality.
