When a caregiving journey ends, it is normal to feel adrift and unsure what comes next. That grief deserves care and company.
Led by Amanda Rens-Moon, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), Vintage’s free in-person grief support group, Life After Caregiving, is open to caregivers of individuals 60 and older or those who had dementia.
Topics include changes in identity, the different types of grief, how grief affects the brain, and working through feelings of guilt as you move forward. Come share a warm beverage and support with others who truly understand.
